BleepGuard is licensed to you for personal or commercial use according to the plan (Demo, Basic, Pro, Studio) you activate. You agree to use the software in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules (for example YouTube terms or podcast host terms).
BleepGuard helps you detect and censor explicit language in your recordings, but it cannot guarantee any specific decision from YouTube, advertisers or other platforms regarding monetisation, age restrictions or visibility.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the price shown at the moment of purchase. Trials, discounts and cancellations are handled by our billing provider. If a payment fails or a licence is misused, access may be limited or revoked.
As far as allowed by law, VitaTide Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages caused by the use or inability to use BleepGuard. You are responsible for reviewing your exports before publication.
